Annie Lang is the sole creator and copyright holder for all Images used for "Annie Lang" art image products. Purchase of products does not constitute the surrender of copyrights to any other party. Copyright usage terms may NOT be reassigned under any circumstances. Annie Lang images are NOT in public domain, cannot be claimed under the "Fair Use" Act, all are copyright registered, most are digitally fingerprinted and all are warranted as original hand rendered art by Annie Lang. Use of images for mass produced commercial product or gift industry manufacturing, distributing, reselling or wholesale purposes is strictly prohibited.

Annie Lang images from her digital art kits, books, patterns, clipart cutouts, overlays and craft kits can be used/distributed/sold for handcrafted items, printable creations and projects you've individually created as long as you follow these usage terms:

1. You must download/purchase Annie Lang's digital art files exclusively through www.anniethingspossible.com or (C) Annie Lang files through www.craftsuprint.com to insure you are not working with nor reselling illegally distributed copyright protected Annie Lang files.
2. You must use the FLATTENED images to create your OWN compositions, service items, how-to projects or novelty products! (tee shirts, hand painted items, printable labels, personalized ornaments, notepapers, gift tags, wrappers, greeting cards, scrapbook pages papers & stationery, party supplies, step by step instructional how-to projects etc.) Flattened image files MAY NOT be distributed/resold as files to be imported for digital machine replication equipment use such as embroidery, cutting, screening, etc.

a. Merely adding a border edge, recoloring, resizing, digitally manipulating, using filters/ textures or saving the file in another digital format doesn't constitute a "new composition"
b. Images may NOT be distributed as layer templates "tubes", sig tags, incredimails, stats, animas or other generated graphic arts image purposes such as machine embroidery/cutting machine files that do not allow for the necessary flattened art format.
c. Posting, distributing, sharing, freely giving away or reselling Annie's image files "AS IS" from any of her current or previously published work and products (digitally copied, scanned or electronically duplicated) is strictly prohibited.
d. You must incorporate Annie's image art into your project and MAKE something distinctly different with with the images to create a new product or composition. For example...I do not carry personalized greeting cards so my images can be used to create them for your product line.
e. Selling Annie Lang "As Is" images as digital kit elements, pattern art, clipart or compilation kits is STRICTLY prohibited. If your item can be identified as a duplicate "Annie Lang" image file from my product line, it shouldn't be in yours since it will undoubtedly be identified and reported as a knock-off design or as copyright abusive.
f. You may NOT claim ownership, grant usage permissions nor reassign copyrights to "new compositions" created from Annie Lang copyright protected properties.
g. Using, incorporating or bundling Annie Lang art images into mass produced commercially manufactured/distributed licensed products or software program files of any kind is strictly prohibited. (ie. digital games, photography and imaging software, website development design, desktop publishing, program software, machine embroidery software files,cutting machine files, etc.)

NOTE: COMMERCIAL PRINT ON DEMAND PRODUCT SITES LIKE CAFEPRESS, ZAZZLE, etc ARE CONSIDERED AS A COMMERCIAL PRODUCT MANUFACTURER/DISTRIBUTORS and my graphics CANNOT BE USED TO CREATE THEIR COMMERCIALLY MANUFACTURED ITEMS!

3. ALL Products using Annie Lang graphic images MUST include designer credit and website link to insure everyone knows the source of the artwork. Not only does this add credibility to your creations, but it helps promote the Creative Art Community. If you create products for resale, the credit and link shown below should be posted within your downloadable product and also needs to be visibly posted along with the product description on your site for consumers to see prior to purchase as follows:.
